Control your drum modules and trigger events on your modular from any MIDI sequencer!
If you want to use a MIDI sequencer to trigger events on your modular synthesizer (e.g. using the hexinverter.net Mutant drums range or Tiptop Audio classical drum modules or envelope generators to control VCAs), Erica Synths MIDI to trigger module is just what you need; it converts ANY MIDI notes to eight 10ms Trigger signals. When designing the module, we put usability as priority; it will take you seconds to program the module. It works with any MIDI sequencer & controller so there is no need to change MIDI controller settings, instead, you reprogram the module.
The core of the VCO is borrowed from famous Russian synth Polivoks VCO and in exponential converter we use the original matched transistor IC that was used in Polivoks. But there are significant updated schematics to have the most out of your modular setup.
Cylonix and Intellijel have collaborated to bring you a complex digital wavetable oscillator with an extensive FM synthesis engine. 1024 Waveforms, LFO Toggles for both oscillators, deep internal FM, preset sequencing and morphing, built-in delay, 64 band vocoder, analog wavefolder, chord mode, eight sync types, percussion mode, TZFM and so much more. You’re in for years of exploration.
Polivoks VCF is famous for its’ crazy resonance sweeps and deep, bassy sound which makes it ideal for acid basslines.
We believe, this is one of most is one of most authentic sounding famous Russian synth Polivoks VCF emulations available. The original Russian ICs K140UD12 are used in the sound circuit. We did several updates to adapt the VCF for contemporary modular synth demands. Independently buffered inputs, extended Cutoff knob range, eliminated clicks, when switching filter modes, and output stage added to eliminate signal inversion.
